The Bill of Rights Foundation (BORF) is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) not-for-profit foundation supporting educational efforts to increase public understanding of the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution. Emphasis is placed on protecting the right to dissent, a critical factor in maintaining a democratic society.
