On December 5, 2021 at 3:30pm, a public memorial for CCDBR board member and Chicago civil liberties champion Timuel Black will be held at Rockefeller Memorial Chapel. Black was a fixture of Chicago civic life, and this memorial service will surely illustrate how sorely he will be missed.
Capacity will be limited to 450. Attendees can reserve a seat in advance via the Eventbrite listing linked below. All attendees will be required to produce proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a recent negative COVID-19 test result.
