NRCAT: Week of Action to Close Guantanamo
Join the National Religious Campaign Against Torture from January 6-14 for a week-long initiative of demonstrations against the continued US operation of the Guantanamo Bay prison in Cuba, and the denial of constitutional and human rights to those detained there.
In their open-ended organizing campaign, NRCAT invites its members and supporters to participate in one (or more) of the week’s affiliated demonstrations, and encourages all concerned to host their own events as part of the movement. Partner events will take place across the country starting on January 6. Those interested in holding an event under the auspices of the Week of Action can submit a form here.
