Join the supporters of Palestinian liberation and human rights campaigner and torture survivor Rasmea Odeh in bidding her farewell before her return to Palestine. After her sentencing in August for naturalization fraud in her application for US citizenship 20 years ago – a case in which the judge refused to admit expert evidence on torture in Israeli custody – she is now scheduled for deportation on September 19, 2017.
There will be a rally by her supporters in the Terminal 5 parking lot at O’Hare airport. Friends and supporters are encouraged to attend to show their appreciation for her work and wish her well as she enters the next phase of her struggle.
