Commentary on the inaction from Tamms Year Ten:
“Great news! The attempt to override the governor’s veto failed. That means Tamms (and the 3 other prisons) will not be funded. The effort to fund Tamms passed the Senate last week but it was NOT called in the House today, presumably because there were not enough votes! They are now out of session and it can’t be called. This is an incredible victory!”
