Aguust 8, 2012: “The Quinn administration agreed in court today to halt the transfer of prison inmates involved in the planned facility closings that the AFSCME Council 31 public employees union sued to stop. The decision recognizes a temporary restraining order that is part of an overall suit to prevent the closing of seven corrections and juvenile justice facilities, including the Tamms supermax prison……………….”
