Associated Press — March 27, 2012: “A hearing is under way in Chicago on whether activists will be able to get a parade permit to protest during the NATO summit May 20.

An official for the city’s transportation department testified Tuesday about why he denied a parade permit even though it was identical to one he’d approved for May 19.
